Thank you for your interest in our Sponsor a Caregiver Respite Scholarship Program.

This program provides up to four hours of professional in-home respite care through our partnership with STAR Center Home Care, allowing family caregivers to attend a monthly For the Caregivers support group while knowing their loved one is safe and cared for.

Because scholarship funding is provided entirely through generous donors, applications are reviewed individually and awarded based on need.

Please note:

• Submission of an application does not guarantee a scholarship.

• Scholarships are dependent upon available donor funding.

• Final approval is also dependent upon STAR Center Home Care determining they are able to safely provide care for your loved one.

• STAR Center Home Care does not provide pediatric respite services.

• The respite care is provided only for the purpose of attending the For the Caregivers support group. I am expected to attend the support group during the scheduled respite time.

• If I am unable to attend, I will notify For the Caregivers 24 hours in advance so the scholarship may be reassigned if appropriate.
